What Room provides

Room offers educational, reflection and guided-practice tools relating to OCD. Features and availability depend on the version of the app. The current app does not offer a clinician service or live human counselling. It does not diagnose, prescribe, provide medical treatment or guarantee a health outcome. It is not an emergency service and does not replace professional care.

Use these tools at your discretion. A qualified professional can help you decide whether an exercise is appropriate for your situation. Do not use the app to delay seeking needed care.

Subscriptions

A subscription is required to send messages in Talk, which uses AI to generate replies. ERP practice, educational content, Home, the journal and support tools remain free. You can close the paywall. AI responses can be inaccurate and are not professional advice.

The intended euro prices are €9.99 per month or €59.99 per year, without a free trial. The price, currency, taxes and billing period shown by your store at purchase are authoritative and may vary by region. Payment is charged through your store account after you confirm the purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through your store settings before renewal, subject to that store’s rules. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while retaining access until the paid period ends. Removing the app or clearing local data does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore purchases in the app to recover eligible purchases from the same store account.

Manage cancellation and refund requests through the store where you purchased. Applicable statutory rights, including mandatory consumer rights, are unaffected by these terms. The store’s purchase terms also apply.

Your use and content

Use Room lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation or access other people’s information. You retain your rights to what you write. Saved journal entries, ERP records and Talk conversations are associated with your account and stored by the service. Unsaved drafts may be lost on restart. Do not rely on Room as a medical record or your only copy of important information. The privacy policy explains service providers, retention and the current limits of deletion.

Availability and changes

Features may be improved or changed, and technical interruptions can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted access or particular results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to paid services remain subject to applicable law and store requirements.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains account and personal data, purchases, hosting and your choices. These terms and that policy will be updated as the service evolves.
